Nowadays there are many changes in Russia Legislation. Today the applicant (producer) has a choice – carrying out the conformity assurance to GOST R or TR.

A new type of Russian Certificate called «Certificate TR» is a certificate of approval to the technical requirements.

Letter of Exemption for trade – it is a document for producer, supplier or distributor, that serves for delivery of the goods on Russian Federation, if the goods doesn’t appear in the Classification. It’s validity is 12 months. Letter of Exemption for Customs – it is a letter that proof to the customs authorities thaty the goods can be imported without Certificate of Quality.

Certification of the shot proof equipment is carried out within the limits of certification in system of GOST R

The shot proof equipment intended for explosive environments (the Ex-equipment, the system — an item which is in full or in part applied to use of electric energy and including one or more kinds of shot proof components for conditions, potentially explosive gas environment) is liable to obligatory certification.

The Sanitary-Epidemiologic conclusion (the hygienic conclusion, the hygienic certificate) is a document that confirms correspondence of production to the installed sanitary standards and rules and its safety for the person at correct usage. Reception of the sanitary-hygienic conclusions is a necessary condition for production import on territory of the Russian Federation, commercial implementation of production and confirmation of its safety. Nowadays the hygienic conclusion can be issued on production, rendered services and engineering specifications.
