Custom Union Certificate
For realization production on Russian territory you should prove that your production match Russian norms and standards. Earlier you must be obtained GOST R certificate. But today after Costume Union Creation on July 01, 2010 (Russia, Byelorussia and Kazakhstan) there are a lot of changes in Russian legislation. Costume Union certification procedure was started on April 01, 2011.
After this date any applicant can be obtained by two types of certificates – national certificate (in Russia it’s GOST R certificate or TR certificate) or Custom Union certificate (using in the territory of any country — Russia, Byelorussia and Kazakhstan). Costume Union certificate can be used instead of GOST R, GOST K and Belorussian certificates.
USQ can obtain you by Custom Union certificate. Costume Union certificate cannot be used instead of telecom certificate, hygiene certificate or other types of obligatory approval documents and your production may need in receiving other permits, certificates, licenses and etc. For example, children s toys need to obtain Hygiene Certificate, door need to obtain Fire safety certificate and etc.
Anyway Custom Union certificate makes easier your way into Russia, Byelorussia and Kazakhstan. New rules will be described in new technical regulations of Custom Union
