Certificate on Technical Regulation (TR certificate)
According to The Russian Law on Technical Regulating No. 184-FZ (Moscow, the Kremlin) dated on 27.12.2002 the document establishes new principals and rules — certification and declaration by Russian norms and standards for production to be realized in Russian market.
A new type of Russian Certificate called «Certificate TR» is a certificate of approval to the technical requirements.
Technical regulation — is the document which establishes the obligatory requirements for technical regulating objects (for products, including buildings, structures and constructions, for processes of production, operation, storage, transportation, marketing and utilization).
